Class Scheduling faq

 
  • Our app allows for 3 days in advance booking.

  • There is not! You can sign up until the minute if there is space.

  • We have a 2 hour cancellation window, unless it’s for the 530am or 630am class (that is a 9 hour cancellation window for both of those classes) If the class is full and you don’t show up, there is a $10 charge as you might be taking someone’s spot in class. if the class isn’t full and you don’t show up, there is no charge.

  • As soon as someone cancels the class and you’re first on the waitlist, you will get a text notification saying you were bumped into the class! From there it will give you a 2 hour window to confirm your spot, or is it given to the next person.

  • For an intro session or a personal training session, we ask for 24 hours notice for cancellation. We are scheduling coaches in and need to plan accordingly. If you no-show or cancel on a PT or intro session within that 24 hours, you will be charged the full price and need to schedule another session in.
