Crossfit group Class

This is group training environment with a personal touch. Crossfit is a mix of strength training, conditioning and skill work to improve all areas of your fitness. You will be exposed to a variety of exercises that will keep you prepared for anything outside of the gym. Crossfit’s main methodology is consistently varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. we offer different types of classes under thIS model: Crossfit, gymnastics and olympic weightlifting. NO MATTER YOUR SKILL LEVEL OR WHERE YOU ARE AT IN LIFE, CROSSFIT IS FOR EVERYONE!

Open gym

Open gym is available for anyone wanted to come into these time slots to do their own programming, work on specific skills, mobility work, etc. There is a coach on duty but not a coach led time slot. There is an option for an “Open-Gym” only membership if you want to do your own training and aren’t interested in classes. Please contact on the form for more information on this!
