Membership terms & conditions

  • All membership payments are autopay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or direct deposit. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account or your membership may be suspended or late fees may apply until payment is successful.

  • There are no refunds or transfers of memberships at any time. This includes injuries, leaving town and closures / pandemic issues completely outside of our control.

  • All Monthly Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of the membership period. 10 Session Passes and Private Session Packs will automatically renew upon use of the last session, or not renew upon term expiry (12 months). Any unused sessions upon expiry will not be refunded.

  • Pre-Paid Memberships or 10x passes cannot be put on hold, but our month-month memberships can. You can hold your membership (for reasons other than injury, see our injury hold policy) for 2 weeks minimum for a $10 fee. We need this done 7 days before your freeze in email writing on clear start dates and finish dates for the membership holds. Any extensions of the holds will result in an extra $10 fee (essentially treating it like another new hold) Each membership is eligible for 2 holds per 6 months (4 per calendar year)

  • We’re sorry to see you go. We understand life gets in the way of these things sometimes and we don’t take this lightly! We know how much courage it took to walk through those doors.

    • Memberships may be cancelled at any time with no less than FOURTEEN (14) days’ notice before your next scheduled membership billing date. IF cancelled within the fourteen day period, you will be charged a cancellation fee ($50). This must be sent in an email writing a cancellation request.

    • In case of membership cancellation no refund or credit will be given irrespective of how many days or sessions remain in the current membership period.

  • At CMCF, you can still come in and get a great workout if you’re injured. Let’s Say you hurt your knee. Our coaches at CMCF are well trained to customize your workouts where you don’t have to use your knee and still get the best workout possible for yourself. Trust us, still getting your fitness in and improving your well being while you’re injured is what you want to do. We believe continuing coming into the gym to keep your routine as mental health and physical health is extremely important. We understand there are exceptions of injuries and health reasons that prevent us from exercising from time to time (surgeries, serious life threatening injuries, etc.) So we evaluate them case by case.
